Kevin Brost has used his creative mind to guide him from his Scottsdale high school years, where he discovered the camera, to become a noted design photographer. With a degree in photojournalism from the University of Arizona, Brost photographed for the press, focusing on the music scene, his passion. He then found his next challenge with interiors through real estate photography. Brost’s love of architecture and interiors deepened as he learned to use his creativity to craft stories and feelings, not just pictures. With photographic techniques and studied compositions, this photographer finds the essence of the space and works to tell a story that draws in the viewer. With a new family and an established career working with interior designers and architects, Brost’s most recent subject is hospitality projects. His ability to tell a photographic story landed him the opportunity to photograph The Global Ambassador Hotel in Phoenix for Nelson Partners, creating a hotel storybook for the design team and another career peak for himself.
