In 1969, Stephen E. Kovach III founded Kovach Properties in Scottsdale, Arizona. P, Mr. Kovach had spent 15 years with the E.G. Smith Organization of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, one of the nation’s leading industrial metal siding and roofing manufacturer/contractor. Established in Scottsdale, Kovach started marketing metal roof and wall systems in the western region of the United States. Stephen E. Kovach IV joined his father the company as an installation foreman and saw the company grow steadily over the years. He would go on to succeed his father as president of Kovach and is now the company’s Principal and President. Offering a complete enclosure solution has been key to company growth. Having developed glass and stone systems that integrate seamlessly with Kovach’s metal systems, Kovach Enclosure Systems is now among the most sophisticated exterior enclosure companies in the nation. Most importantly, the growth that has occurred over the last 40 plus years is the direct result of maintaining an expert staff that has grown to over 300 of the best and most experienced personnel the industry has to offer. Kovach believes its best days are yet to come. They will continue to honor the family tradition of innovative solutions, quality products, and long-term relationships that have served them well for 50 years and counting.
